Returns and Money Back Guarantee:
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date delivery, per USPS or carrier tracking. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Please note that shipping and handling will not be returned, and if a coupon for free shipping was used, then the applicable value of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.
If, within the 30 days you wish to request a refund, please write to support@ongosprays.com along with your order number and date of purchase. Wait for instructions, typically within 48 hours.
If individual unit is purchased, it may be returned even if it has been opened or used.
If multiple units have been purchased, then only one may be opened and the remaining must be in their original, factory sealed condition. Otherwise only one unit may be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
